Your Medical Records

We maintain accurate and comprehensive records on the treatment we provide. Additionally, it is our standard policy to provide the referring physician with copies of these records. Our pre and post care communications let doctors know what procedures were performed. We follow HIPAA regulations which limit who may see your records. Your written consent is required for us to send your records to others.
