Horizon Surgical Group is staffed with registered nurses (RNs) and medical assistants who are well qualified to answer questions about our care both before and after surgery.

Our business and administrative staff is experienced in accurately maintaining medical records and ensuring the family physician receives appropriate information regarding treatment. Additionally, they are well informed and helpful concerning insurance requirements.
